The world imploded. A million stars shone brighter than they ever had. The melody of a thousand violins playing symphonies unknown. The smell of wet earth after the first rains, intermingling with the faint fragrance of jasmine and vanilla. The comfort of a warm piece of chocolate melting in your mouth. The simplicity of childhood puzzles and the complexity of what they seemed to be back then. Every quake, every shiver, every single imperfection, perfectly defined. There was everything and in that very instant there was nothing at all. The universe heaved up, then down. The lights grew dimmer till it was just stardust in the wind. The music paced itself out to a lull. Jasmines, vanillas, chocolates, rains. What rains? No memory remained. No record of the past or the future except the now. Perfections, imperfections alike seemed meaningless. There was none but that one moment.

And their lips parted.

Since I promised, here's one for my dear friend N ;)

Staring at the starry night
I'm thinking of all the times
I've wanted to say what my heart feels
But it all just stays inside of me
However hard I've tried.

Staring at the starry night
I see the twinkle in your eyes
The way your hair falls down your face
The way you slowly rise.
The way you wink at me
With a playful little smile,
The way you hold me in your arms
It's been such a while.

I've seen you move to rhythms divine,
I've been at your side,
and you've been at mine,
We've seen time fly,
From the time we first met
To the day we said goodbye,
Not once my feelings did I confess
I knew not if you'd say no,
Or if I would hear a yes.

I wish I'd said those three little words,
And then you'd have known
How much my soul yearns for you
But now the bird has flown.
And here I sit, under the stars,
Thinking about you,
Of all the times I wanted to,
But never thought it through.

If I had a second chance,
I'd ask you out to one last dance,
Twirl you around into a spin,
The world blurs around to a world within,
A sparkle of fairy dust, a glimmer of joy,
A moment of fantasy, just you and I.
And then you'd know, this much is true,
My heart beats only, and only for you.

But here I sit, under the starry sky,
Thinking of the times gone by,
A silhouette etched against the night,
The setting moon my only light,
Yearning for just one little chance,
To take your hand for one last dance.

Well, this is a special one. Hope you like it H!

Since You've Been Gone

Every now and then
I drift back to those days gone by
When the world seemed to revolve
Around the two of us.

It seems so long, a lifetime away
When you and I were together.
When you would be the one I see
As the first ray of sun poured into the room
Calm and fast asleep.
When you would be the one I see
As the moonlight poured into the room
Your face lit by the milky hues.

Every now and then
I wander down those lanes
of my memories that remain
About the two of us.

I miss the long conversations we had
Being honest, open and free
Sharing things we'd never tell others
And all that we told them too
I miss the times spent being silent
Finding comfort in no words at all
Sharing the songs that make us laugh
The movies that brought us to tears
Finding quirk in the silliest of things
And intellect in nothing at all.

Every now and then
I look back and think
of all the things we said we'd do
Just the two of us.

I miss how you laughed,
that little frown on your nose
I miss your tantrums
yes, I miss those too.
I miss your smile, I miss your face,
I miss the way your perfume smells
It's an ache, a gap, a little big void
A hole that hasn't been filled as yet
I think of ways to hide it all,
I think I'm good at it now

But every now and then
My memories take me back
And I'm back again with you
Sometimes I wish time would turn back again
To when it was just us two.

So, I've been cleaning out my blog for sometime now. Spring cleaning you can say. And here's something I found that made me look back, think about how my thoughts, the way I see things and who I am, has changed over time.
Interesting, to dig into your mind's musings from years gone by.

Of MICA and Of Love being only in the Air

Valentine's day is three days away.

It's been so long since I've actually felt more alive, so immersed in the world I'm in, so well...how do I put it...well integrated into the scheme of things. There's so much going on in my life that I've thought of as perfect. Yet I've never felt quite so lonesome.

MICA is an immense sensory and emotional roller coaster ride. One that takes you through a journey that's a life in itself. Two whole years have passed and I've gained what I can only say is priceless. Living in a hostel for nigh two years has forged bonds with my fellow batchmates that I can confidently say will be able to stand the test of time. Open your doors and you can shout out to your neighbour for some food and get two abuses and a pack of chips in return. Three hundred individuals of similar mentality in a twenty and two acre campus makes for some great times together! Parties till the break of dawn and beyond, midnight snacks at Chhota, drowsy classroom projects, weird story nights, poker, badminton till 4 am...yeah! This is the place to be.

Yet in all of this, I do not know why, but I feel lonesome. I barely talk about this to anyone though. It's been what...three years or so since I've been single. And I now miss that companionship...
Culcomm (Cultural Committee at MICA) has decided to set up a Prom night to get all those couples-to-be together. Taking a friend to prom just isn't what I see it to be. Remember Neha's story? (read it here if you haven't) Prom's like that...it's kinda special. More so since my school didn't have a prom in the first place. And I've not really found that special someone with whom I share the same wavelength so to speak. Many have, and it's just amazing to see all of them so happy. Even one of my closest friends here, one who believed her heart's closed to relationships for the time being, found happiness with a batchmate of ours. It's just that....how is it that I cannot find that one person to share my life with? Is it really that difficult? Or is it all just some acts of destiny/fate that's gonna "magically" bring us together? I don't know. And now I do care.

It's great knowing that there's that one special person you want to take care of. That one person who not only knows you best but wants to keep knowing more about you. She's your best friend, the yin to your yang, the addition to your subtraction, she's the cadbury that lifts your spirits when you want something sweet, the sunlight that drenches you in its warmth. Quite simply she gets you.

And I miss that.

.
She looked at me, her almond eyes twinkling with mischief, took my hand. And the world around me disappeared. I could hear the music, the latin upbeat tunes of a funked up pink panther theme. I could feel the other dancers bumping into me now and then, twirling round, dancing with their partners. But I could see no one, for all I could see from the time she took my hand was her eyes looking into mine. We started off from the basic one-two one-two steps back and forth, unsure of how to proceed.

"Relax, take charge, you've done this before. Remember Anu's lessons and just go with the flow." I told myself.

But how could I relax when Neha was so close to me. She drew herself closer, and so did I. All we were doing was moving back and forth. I could tell that she wasn't sure I could actually dance. How could she? I'd never danced before, at least not in public. Behind the closed door of my bedroom was a different case, but that never really qualified as a real dance anyway. I started remembering the steps from Anu's house, trying to pick up the rhythm as the song progressed. Suddenly, Raj bumped into me from behind and everything, the DJ, my friends, the dance floor, everything came back to sight, and as if a switch had been flipped on within me, I drew Neha closer with a jerk, grabbing her by the waist, swinging mine at the same time to the rhythm of the beat. This sudden change in my behaviour didn't go unnoticed, not by those around me and certainly not by Neha. The look on her face was priceless! Her eyes went wide with surprise, a huge grin appeared on her face and her eyebrows wiggled a little as she tried to stop herself from laughing.

"Nice! I'm impressed. Now show me what you got!"
she said, and put her arms around me.

Off we went, legs twisting, arms weaving around each other. The beats got wilder, so did we. I winked at Anu as we passed her and mouthed "Thank you!" to which she simply winked back and gave me a thumbs up. Neha seemed to be thoroughly enjoying herself, and completely surprised too. She'd never expected me to dance so well. And dancing with her, I realized she was quite a hot dancer as well! She swung her hips around me, pushing her almost to mine. I held her waist and twirled her around, her red dress billowing out, revealing her perfect thighs as I reached out and grabbed her hand to pull her in. Rolling in, she jumped into my arms as I swung her around and down onto the floor. A half twirl and she was up again. The night was young, and we danced as one, music thumping in our ears, our hearts thumping louder. As the song neared it's end and the DJ switched to a soft, romantic ballad, we held hands and swayed on the spot, covered with sweat and hot from dancing. She placed her head on my chest and we danced as if it was prom. I could smell her hair, the aroma of her perfume, feel her breath on my chest through my shirt. The lights were dim and we melted into each other on the dance floor.

It was perfect.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It was late and most of our friends had already left for home. The moon was bright that night, and it bathed us in the moonlight. Somewhere far off, an owl hooted and crickets chirped around us. The cool christmas night was perfect for a walk. So I'd offered to walk her home. As usual, we were chatting about all that had happened back at school, how one guy had smuggled in beer, got drunk and trashed the principal's office, about the flings and crushes within our group of friends..the general nonsense. And all this while, I had been thinking how to pop the question, when suddenly Neha turned to me.

"Hey I had a really great time tonight. You really surprised me back there! Where did you learn to dance like that?"

"Anu. She's an awesome dancer isn't she?" I said.

"She is. But I think you stole her thunder tonight. Did you see the look of surprise on everyone's face to see you dancing like that? It was amazing! I think they never expected that out of you!"

I almost blushed. Thankfully it was night and she wouldn't notice.
"Hehe...I guess so. It was all a secret mission after all, to shock everyone. Especially you. Forget others, you should have seen the look on your face! For a moment, I thought you were gonna faint!"

"Actually I didn't know whether to faint, or laugh or what!" she said, starting to laugh again. "I've never been so surprised, or scared in my life! No no no! Not scared in a bad way...just that I thought you were falling when you grabbed me like that! Don't ever pull that stunt on me again!" At that I started laughing too. "Hey, but you have to admit, it was funny. There was no way you would have danced with me like that if I didn't start it off right? I mean, you were just swaying there, no energy at all...Ouch! Hey! No punching!"

Yeah right! You deserve it! But seriously, I'd dance with you any time of the day. You're wonderful." she said, slipping her arm into mine as we walked the long way home, our usual route.

This was a good time, I thought. It's now or never.

"Erm...Neha?"

"Yeah?"

"You know we've been friends for a long time right?"

"Yeah...so?"

"Well, I was thinking, we get along so well, and we enjoy each others' company too....so...erm...why not, y'know, we...."

And I stopped. Not because I didn't know what to say. I did. In fact I had practiced saying it to her in my mind a hundred times and the words were all ready to tumble out of my mouth. But she'd stopped.
"Neha? What happened?"

She looked at me, and as I looked back, I saw sadness in her eyes. No tears, but just a deep, deep sadness as if she'd lost something very dear to her.

"You know why I had said we should go to the ball as friends? It's not because I don't like you. I do. I do like you, so very much. I love you from the bottom of my heart. There's nothing in this world I wouldn't deny to you and I know you would do the same for me. You were one of my first friends when I moved to this city, and you've been the best friend I've had in a long time. I've shared with you what I have not shared with any other friend. I don't think I could ask for a better person to love. But I cannot. I will be moving away this summer. After school ends, my dad will be transferred to Delhi. This was my last year here and I didn't tell you because I wanted to spend it in the best mood possible. If I'd told you guys, I would have seen sad looks on your faces for the rest of the school year, which I didn't want. So I cannot say I do not love you my dear dear friend, because I do, but I can't let you take your emotions ahead in false hope that things will work out between us. I do not know where I shall be going from here on either. After Delhi, it might be somewhere else. I don't know whether we shall even meet again once school ends."

I couldn't believe myself. Was this really happening? I had expected her to say no of sorts, but not this. I simply stood there. I wanted so say something but words failed me. Reality came crashing down, rather I came crashing down from the clouds where I had started building my castle.

"Come on, say something, anything." said Neha. "I'm really sorry. I cannot accept your proposal because I do not want to hurt you. I cherish you too much to do that."

I somehow mustered up whatever emotion I had welling up in me.. "I do understand what you're saying and I don't think it will make sense right now. Give me a day or two and a few chocolates and I'll think straight again."
Feeble jokes were the only way I could hold back the wave building up inside me, pushing at my throat to escape.

We stood there for a long time, side by side, staring up at the moon and down at the sidewalk. Then she slowly moved closer and drew me into a hug. I hugged her back. At first our hug was light and tender, as if to soothe a wound, and it slowly grew tighter and tighter till we were squeezing each other, neither willing to let go as if letting go would lose the other. Finally, a long embrace and some silent thoughts passing between us, we held hands and started walking.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's been six years. Neha moved away after school as she had said, and I missed her terribly. There wasn't a time when I walked by her neighbourhood that I didn't look up at her window as if she would wave at me from within. We've managed to keep in touch, first through letters, then sms, and through e-mails. It's funny we never managed to talk to each other much over the phone. I guess it was too difficult at first and then we sort of got used to writing to each other. She's pretty successful now, working with a media production house. I haven't been too laid back about my interests too - photography. My camera never leaves my side and I'm well on my way to do an MBA. I guess that's about the only promise that we've managed to keep back from high school - that we'd follow our passions no matter what.

She has recently been transfered back to town, and she sent me her number over an internet chat. I'm meeting her tomorrow at the coffee shop in the mall next to the shop where she bought her gown. And I think the white lilies I ordered are here.

Is this To Be Continued? Or just the beginning to Neha's story?

I don't know, but I'm off to find out!

THE END
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

First chapter - here

It's a date.

Those words were on my mind all night, and the next morning as I waited and waited outside my class for her so that we could walk to our seats together. She didn't come. The school bell rang and my teacher came bustling in and urged me to my seat. But she didn't come. I spent the rest of the school day imagining all sorts of horrible things that my adolescent mind could dread have happened to her.

"And if x equals four point five.." droned on Ms. Lata, our Algebra teacher.
Maybe she was hurt...a broken ankle. Poor thing.
"then the square root of this equation is?" Or malaria? There have been a lot of cases around lately.
"Second bench..? What is the answer?" Maybe she'd fallen off a cliff! I shuddered.
It's a wonder how your mind jumps from the sublime to the ridiculous in a matter of seconds. But at the worst possible times.
"Young man? Are you even there?" My bench partner Raj nudged me. I nudged back, lost in thought.
"Young man! This is class! You can sleep all you want at home. Now give me the answer!" And with a sharp rap on my desk, I was pulled back into reality with a stern looking teacher breathing like a bull in front of my nose. I swear I could see her breath billowing from her nose.
After a few prods and nods and fifty different hand gestures from Raj , I finally got the answer and was allowed to sit back and resume my dream.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That evening as I dropped by her house to check up, I was greeted by her mother at the door and the smell of fresh pancakes in the kitchen. Her mom made the best pancakes and chicken sandwiches in the world. Armed with a plateful of pancakes, I entered her room. She was fast asleep. Have you ever seen a baby sleep? It's the most wonderful sight in the world, as if there's not a thing in the world that can worry it's little soul. She sleeps like that. I stood there, watching her chest move up and down steadily, sound asleep. I wish I could have stood there all day. As I placed the plate beside her bed, she woke up with a start.

Neha: Hey, how did you get here?

Me: Your mom let me in, obvious na? You're on the fourth floor. I can't just jump in through the
(Lame joke, but she smiled.)

Neha: Yeah. Well, what are you doing here anyway?

Me: You were missing in action at school. And I brought you homework, courtesy Miss Lata. She went ballistic on me today.
(yeah..and tell her about my daydream..)

Neha: Lata, and angry at you? I don't believe you. You're the teacher's pet.

Me: Daydreaming isn't one of her favourite things you know.
(Just don't ask what I was dreaming about!)

Neha: What were you dreaming about? Wait..forget that. Are we still on for this weekend? I'll be up and about in a day or two. It's just mild food poisoning I think. No biggie.
(Phew! I was about to die out here!)

Me: Definitely. Wear shoes though. My fat feet can really hurt.
(Yes. More lame jokes. That should impress her alright. Idiot!)

Neha: Haha...get lost! You're not that fat anyway. Cuddly, but not fat.
(Ego boost times ten! I could have sworn I was growing wings!)

Me: Well, I'd better get going. You get some rest and I'll see you at the ball.

Neha: Bye!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I don't think I've ever been that excited ever! And scared. What if I really do tread on her toes? What if I fall down? What if I fall down ON her? What if she never shows up? No, she could never do that to me. Could she? What if, what if, WHAT IF! Aah...I was driving myself nuts with so many useless questions in my head. What I really needed to do was learn to dance. In four days. Fat, pudgy me(but also cuddly), had to learn ballroom dancing in four days!
Four days!! I didn't have time!!
I rushed back home and called up Anu, my neighbour. She'd been learning the salsa for quite sometime now, so I hoped to goodness she'd teach me.

*click*

"ANU!" I shouted over the phone. "Emergency! Need. Dance. Quick!" I ate half the words my mind wanted to say. But she understood anyway.
"Sure! Easy. When?"
she replied.
That was the thing with Anu. She never needed explanations or reasons. If she felt it was worth doing, she'd do it.
"Start tonight if possible?"
"Come over for dinner. We can start in the living room. I'll tell mom you're coming."
"Awesome! You're a lifesaver, you know that?"
"Yes I do." I could almost see her lopsided grin as she said those words.

*click*

Next time:
I find out how easy(or tough) salsa really is!
(And spicy too. In the naughty way as well.)

Chapter I
Chapter III
Neha.

She was the one. I didn't know it at first. Who does, right? It's not everyday that you meet someone and think, "Man, she's awesome!" Well, it wasn't for me either. In fact, I barely even remember how we first met.

Back in school, I was pretty much the good-studious-decent kid in class, at least as far as the teachers thought. Also the students. But at least I wasn't a geek. Fat, but not geeky fat. Just a bit pudgy. She was in my class in the eighth grade. Sat right behind me in fact. Sharing lunch boxes, chemistry notes and gossip was all we did. Back then, hooking up was the last thing on my mind, more so, hers. For then, we were friends. Just friends.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Days went by, Neha and I became really close friends. She remained in my class through the ninth and tenth grade. We'd share so much during school hours. But after school, we barely met. Twice a week actually. My tuition classes were very close to her house, and on my way back, I'd often call her down just to have a chat. One day I shouted out her name, and her mom came to the window and said, "She's not at home beta, out with her friends."
I remember taking the long way home, just so I could think of her. My evenings weren't the same without her. We'd sit on a cement block near the nice man selling chaat outside her house, talking about all the nonsense in the world till one of us got called away by our parents. It was fun, easy, carefree. I'd drift away with the magic of her voice. Now here's something about Neha. (Neha...what a name. I can say it all day long..) She wasn't what you call hot. Neither was she extraordinarily beautiful. But she was charming. Everything about her was. The way she spoke, the way her eyebrows wiggled slightly when she got excited, the way the small dimple formed on her left cheek when she smiled. Everything. And her smile...Oh her smile. Her entire face would light up whenever she broke into a smile just like a thousand diyas had suddenly been lit in front of her. Each time she smiled, the room glowed with her presence. But one thing that I'd stare at were her eyes. I never realized what ""eyes are the gateway to the soul" meant till I looked into them.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

One day she called.

Me: Hey Neha.

Neha: Hi. Are you free?

Me: Yeah, sure. What's up?

Neha: Listen, the christmas ball is coming up, and there's a dance.
(My heart skipped a beat. No, two. Actually three.)

Me: Yeah....so?
(Stupid stupid me! Was that the best I could come up with?)

Neha: Well...umm...
(Oh come on! Ask already! I can't ask you now, can I?)

Me: Hey, what's it? Say na.

Neha(going all high and squeaky): Please be my partner!...not like, y'know...just as...erm....y'know....right?
(Oh man! The best thing that could happen to me! I almost stopped breathing.)

Me: Yea, sure. I'd love to. But you know I can't dance right?
(If ever there was an award for worst things to say at wrong times....)

Neha: Neither can I. So we're even then. It's a date.

Me: It's a date.

*click*

A date. That was the best word I'd heard all day. I ran all over my room, played the loudest music, did the ball dance with my pillow, tried kissing it goodnight. (tastes awful by the way) My mum was very amused and pulled my leg all night long. But I didn't care. Something I had dreamed about for the past four months was finally coming true. And it would, in a week.
That night, as my head touched the pillow, the only thought in my head was of Neha in a gown, her arms around me and soft music engulfing us...

Next time:
I prepare for the dance of my life!

Chapter 2

One rainy afternoon, sitting at the window and looking out at the cloudy heavens, I felt like writing a poem. Never knew I could write poetry back then, but still, a feeling's a feeling y'know...and when I started, it began to flow....I never really had to think up words for this poem, they just came...feels nice whenever I read it.

If the text isn't visible, here it is:

As I look into the future,
my thoughts my only guide,
the memories of you, my love,
in my heart they reside.

The days, they seem so lonely,
the nights seem so long,
I miss you all the while, I do,
for you I sing this song.

I wish I could hold you in my arms,
though I know it is too late.
But I promise we shall unite again,
at Heaven's Golden gate.

Reading’s an interesting hobby. Books are the best friends you can have…or so the saying goes. This has proven true for me from time to time. But the problem with me is that I’m more of a compulsive reader…once I pick up a book, I can’t stop till I’ve finished it, often reading through the night. Well, I just got done reading this really…different..fanfic of Harry Potter (ah, not a kid’s book anymore, once you read this one hehehe..). It’s not anything bad actually. Just that it completely diverts from the main theme that Rowling was following, rather leading to in her original series, and in doing so, becomes more realistic, dealing in the complexities of human emotions and the different relationships that Harry and his friends go through in their fight against Voldemort.

At the same time, remember the “OOH! Magic’s so cool!” effect of the first two books of Harry Potter? And how they brought home the fascinating world of wizards and witches, of goblins and giants, of dragons and phoenixes and the utterly magical journey of having the world of magic come to life in front of us? Well, this line of fanfic goes on with that. If you haven’t already, go check it out:
The Blog From Another Dimension(kewl name ain’t it?):
Well, this series deals with something called the energy of love, which now brings me to my point. Of late, there’s been a LOT of violence and unrest going around, what with political parties clawing at each other’s throats, and people running rampage for the smallest of things, even building up riots over snap decisions taken by our incapable/selfish/blah! leaders whom we've so democratically chosen to represent us, the public.

So where IS the love? Apparently not quite apparent in the big picture.

Okay, back to the energy of Love. This energy helps Harry find inner strength, overcome embarrassment, and well, loads of things.(read the book! You know you want to…) It’s a fascinating concept. It goes something like this, the energy of love is what the universe is made up of. This reality that we live in is nothing but a phase of our eternal lifetime, something that we go through for us to understand the bigger picture, the deeper meaning of things and to gain experience. When someone dies, there are two things that might happen:

One, he might become a ghost. This may be because of several reasons. For instance, he may have left something halfway, and wants that to get completed. That’s usually the main reason to become a ghost. Another may be that they want to say something to someone and haven’t had a chance to give their message during their lifetime. A rare case is that of violent spirits, which are due to mental and spiritual unrest during the individual’s lifetime. This may manifest itself into a poltergeist, not unlike our very own Peeves, but in a more violent sense in our reality.

The other thing that can happen is that the person moves on, and passes into the spiritual dimension. Now here’s where the twist comes. Apparently, there’s an intermediate realm, where some, if not all spirits go before they move on to the eternal realm. This gives them a chance to adjust to the sudden change of losing their physical body and being, or not being, depending on the way you look at it, to physical constraints and the rules of the physical realm. At this stage, the spirit can visit someone in their dreams and communicate with their subconscious mind. Has anything like this happened to anyone? Like you've recently lost someone in your family and you think of that person very hard. Then the same night you dream that you've spoken to that person? I've heard of that happening but I’d like to know if anyone else has. In theory it is possible but reality, it seems, turns out to be quite a different ball game.

Now, what makes this energy of Love so different from anything else? It’s just that – Love. Not affection, not simple friendly behavior. Love. If you've learnt to truly love someone, it’ll work for you, Harry Potter or no Harry Potter. I believe there’s magic in our world too. Just that we've brought ourselves to believe in this materialistic world so much that we've forgotten to recognize the magical parts of it. Believe and it will happen. Remember Shah Rukh Khan’s famous dialogue – “Pyaar dosti hai, ek gehri dosti.” translated “Love is friendship, a deep friendship.” It’s true actually. “But he’s my friend. I don’t take him as anything more than that!!” you might say.
(Note: I refer to my third person as “he” and not “she” as well for reasons I’ll explain as we go.)

Well, it doesn't have to be just the romantic love that you can call love. Friendship, kinship all fall under what you can call love. If you really care about someone, just go and tell them that you do. There’s nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about, because if you really care about someone, that’s because you’re very close to that person and he/she to you. If that’s the case, there’s no problem of anything even close to misunderstanding that might happen when you tell them you love them. It really doesn't have to be that special someone only to whom you can say those sacred three words. From this point I must point out, that for whatever reason, it’s easier for females to express themselves in that way, than for men. This might be for social cliches built up over generations of masochistic societies that range from “men don’t cry” to “that’s not manly enough” or for just the basic mentality of males in general that cause slight embarrassment towards saying “I love you” to someone of the same sex. Today’s society is definitely more open to such ideas, and evolving towards what we now call an urban/cosmopolitan culture that embraces such ideas, but that’s still getting cliched into the category bordering on homosexuality, while for the basic fact, it is not. It’s not that I’m completely pro-homosexuality or against it. I’m totally neutral on that topic. But the funda(short for fundamental) underlying it, is what I’m talking about.

Again, back to the energy of Love. The simple knowledge that you have people who love you, care for you and are ready to do anything for you, no matter what the cost, is such an immense emotional support. I don’t think most of us even know who truly LOVES us. It is said, if you find a true true friend, even one, in your lifetime, consider yourself lucky beyond comparison.
That’s true.
For while I have so many amazing friends, who are some of the best people you can hope to meet, true friends are really hard to come by. I can say that I’m lucky to have some.

So, think about it. Whom do you care about enough to say you love them? Who loves you?

I’ll touch on this issue again sometime. Got loads more to say.

Over and out.
